There is adjustments to the unload valve and you have to adjust the charge pressure. The question you have to ask your self is, do I want power or do I want speed? Unfortunately, you can't have both. Usually the noise and stiff steering on an RTV is from a bushing in the column right below your steering wheel. Originally they used a rubber bushing and have up graded it to plastic. Farmboy.
